Phenomenal customer service. Frantically called Christmas Eve and they were able to come out and didn’t end up having the part to fix our issue but advised how we could safely heat and circulate heat and keep our house somewhat warm for us and our 5 kids on Christmas. Received a call first thing the following Monday morning letting us know they found the part locally and could be out that day to install. The repair man was kind and understanding while we were frantic.

We obtained quotes from four local AC providers and Spokane Comfort was definitely the best value. The inspection for the quote was timely, very detailed, did not leave us with any surprises and the representative was very friendly! During the install everyone was very timely, kept our home very clean and they were able to install the unit faster than expected!! Everyone is super knowledgeable and very willing to share helpful tips to maintain the unit and prevent unneeded expense. I will definitely be recommending them to others!!!

I am very, very pleased with the service I received from Spokane Comfort Systems, from my initial call to the completion of the installation of my AC. Eric, the owner, came to give me a bid. He was very personable, respectful and knowledgeable. My units were installed within 2 weeks by the best team led by Wayne who has had years of experience, along with Bob, Nate and Coy. Two great electricians were also integral to the team. My house has been transformed with my Mitsubishi mini splits, making it so comfortable on these hot summer days. I would give this company 10 stars!!!
