The owner has been to our house twice. Once was two years ago when he tried to quote us 13,000 to reface cabinets. When we said we had planned on having them painted he said they would look horrible. My husband mistakenly called him for a quote on our three seasons room and master bathroom. He was very pushy and didn’t listen to what we wanted, but rather told us what we needed and what he did. We knew that this type of attitude wasn’t what we were looking for in a contractor and when we said we would get back to you asked what was holding up our decision to schedule for a remodel within the

I needed a roof on my 2 story house and Steve did the paperwork. He first told me one price and said because it is 2 stories, it will cost more because he had to find someone to do it. The guys that did it, broke my window and spouting. I have called every month since. The owner, Ed, even came out and said they will take care of it but they never did. Here it is 2 years later and they never fixed the spouting or window. I quit calling because they never came out.I do not recommend them

Paid in advance to have gutters replaced and some fascia replaced. The gutter company left debris behind and when I told MVP they apologized but didn't send a cleaning crew to fix it. I never had any one come out to install the fascia. I have contacted them on multiple occasions but nothing as of yet. It's been 7 months and they have yet to resolve this issue.

This company installed windows from Thermal Industries Inc back in 2003. I have been calling them off and on for the last 3 or 4 years as it appears there was a gas leak in one of the windows. It looks like black soot on the window
Finally spoke to the owner today named Ed. Now I'm told after all those phone calls that Thermal Industries Inc went out of business and MVP will not replace the window but will install a new one for over 400.00. So after all the years of calling even though the windows were under warranty I would have to pay for a new one. Not my fault they used that company for the

I have been very happy and satisfied with MVP from Ed the owner to the installer Bill, and his team. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful, kind, respectful, and professional, reasonable priced too. Bill and his crew know their stuff. He even made some great suggestions, that worked out great. I couldn't be happier with him, this installer is unbelievable in his work.
I would recommend this company to anyone interested in any home improvement job. The only problem was it took a long time to get the job started. I talked to Ed about it and he explained that the weather has them running behind

Had these part-time workers out to give me an estimate in May and placed my order the first week of June. Nearly 3 months later they finally came to install them at the end of August. I bought 26 triple pane windows for $12,000.00 and they couldn't be bothered to clean up properly, or even clean all their hand prints off the new windows (no biggie - just 104 surfaces to clean up). They screwed up my order and didn't have the right window for my main picture window in the living room (just the most important window) and ordered another. After weighing several other options we decided to use MVP to remodel our kitchen, and are very happy we did. They were easy to talk to and explained our options well.
