We needed to have our crawlspace encapsulated to keep our kitchen renovation moving along. While other encapsulation companies gave us start dates months away, Healthy Homes of Michigan listened to our situation and were able to fit us into their schedule when they had a delivery delay for another project. Their work was exceptional and consistent with other larger companies we met with while being less expensive. Everyone we met with from Healthy Homes was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I had Healthy Homes put in floor drainage in my Family room and crawlspace in my tri-level. They encased my crawl, replaced my sump pump, ran a drain underground outside and replaced a wood floor support with steel floor support. It was a lot of work but only took two days.
Ken was very responsive to all of my communications. We had several issue that required some additional visits. Ken made sure that every issue was corrected to my satisfaction in a timely matter. I was very impressed with the service after the fact.

We had our basement waterproofed last year from Healthy Homes. The smallest rain storm would cause us to get water in our basement After this weekends rain storms and many homes and roads were devastated, but the work from Healthy Homes was stellar and our basement stayed dry!! Healthy Homes of Michigan lived up to their word and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They installed a drain inside my basement rather than outside my home which is what every other contractor recommended. I haven’t had a drop of water in my basement since the job was done and the musty smell that used to be down there is gone now.
The crew was extremely professional and it seemed to me as if they had waterproofed a million basements. They were a well-oiled machine that started on time and ended on time. I would recommend this company to anyone who is sick of water in their basement

I had three estimates, and am so very thankful I went with Healthy Homes of Michigan. Ken was very professional, considerate, and understanding of my concerns. I was even more appreciative of the crew (Tim, Tyler, and Dylan) who were assigned to handle all of the work needed to be done in the crawl space. They were professional, very respectful, timely, patiently answered my questions and calmed any concerns. They also did a wonderful job with their cleanup. These guys are great. I called multiple companies to get estimates and Ken won me over (the teacher in me loved his presentation). He is full of knowledge and explained in detail how the process would work. And his price was excellent. His guys were on time everyday, professional, organized, and went above and beyond what they had to do to get my basement dry again. A 3 day job turned into a 5 day job because of all the problems in my basement, but they fixed everything, even a sewer leak. Highly recommend!

I’m from a long line of engineers. There’s not much we don’t know about construction. So when a family home needed some basement water proofing , I did some homework. The name healthy homes of Michigan was recommended. I called them and ken came right over. The home is 100 years old with its problems. Ken knows his business , and provided the service I expected. A dry basement from an exceptional company. Highly recommended from a very satisfied customer.
