My wife and I, built a beautiful custom home and decided to upgrade our entire house with custom Michael Edwards cabinets with soft close touch. We had a good experience with the design team, especially Raymie. The cabinets are excellent quality and extremely well designed. We really love them. Here is why they are getting a three-star...Unfortunately, when moving into the home our movers put some nicks in the new cabinets. When we called for assistance, Raymond in customer service told us the only solution was to completely replace the cabinet door for $1,000 plus. When I responded in disbelief, he was impatient and unwilling to work with me. Our contractor called and suddenly everything was cleared up. A painter came out from Michael

Wow! From the start the attention to detail with working with this team is amazing. They make sure everything you want is documented and to the most insane perfection I have ever seen with any contractor in my life. The quality of the cabinets is the absolute best I have ever seen. The installation crew, Adrian and Anthony, are perfectionists and worked so efficient it was amazing to watch. Need custom cabinetry work? Look no further, sure you can get some nice cabinetry/closet work done but for an arm and a leg, at Michael Edwards you get the best for the best price point. Not only is the work they do amazing, but the customer service is even better! Mr. Edwards (the owner) is a great guy and I knew he would be because how he approached me as a friend rather than an other business transaction!!

Our cabinets were just installed in our new home. I can't begin to tell you how beautiful and well constructed these cabinets are! Thank you, Adam Henshaw, for your advice and expertise. We so much admire the fine craftsmanship. Our only regret is we didn't have handles or drawer pulls added before installation. The cost was so expensive through our builder. We feel spoiled with these beautiful cabinets!
