I'm John Askew, owner of Jerry's Hardwood. My Father, Jerry Askew started this company in 1967. I inherited the business in 2003 and continue the tradition of high standards that I learned from my dad. I have over 30 years of experience in the floor covering industry specializing in the refinishing, installation and repair of all types of hardwood floors.
The job consisted of removing ceramic tile, vinyl flooring and carpeting and installing the above mentioned hardwood flooring in those areas. John came when he said and did a very professional job. We were very happy with the craftsmanship of the installation and the method of his installation. We had looked at some of his previous jobs before making the decision to hire him and he performed at the level we had seen and hoped for.

I called this company several weeks ago for a hardwood restoration of my 177sq.ft living room. I was scheduled for January 18th, 2021 and I received a text message that some machine broke of theirs. I called again today and some guy John picked up and was extremely rude. And I was not able to get a word in before he hanging up. So I called another flooring company and they said not interested due to the size. What is going on with contractors in California they seem to all be rebulicans
