David came out on a Friday night and was very nice and respectful. He cleaned out septic out and was informative about lid replacements and possible Septic replacement. He had us check all toilets before he left. Recommend this company and ask for David.

My lift station was filled to the brim. Had a plumber come out yesterday and tell me I needed a new pump. Called Southern Sanitary Systems late yesterday to get a second opinion. Spoke with Terry on the phone and she was very friendly, understood what I needed and got me on the books for first thing this morning. Carlos was on time and very quickly diagnosed my problem as a float switch issue. He was very friendly, professional, and knew his stuff. He got things up and running quickly and did a nice job cleaning up. Southern Sanitary Systems will now be my go to plumbing company. Thank you!

I recently had my complete septic system replaced by Southern Sanitary. I cannot say enough good things about this company and how incredible they were to work with. Not only did David and Fredi do an incredible job, but every time I called the office, I was greeted warmly by Terry and did not ever have to sit on hold or deal with automated phone systems. THANK YOU! I told David when they were finishing up how incredible is was to work with a company that is so NICE! I will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

We needed our septic system pumped late in the day and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Southern Sanitary Systems responded quickly and had someone out here within the hour. David was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Very nice person to deal with. We would definitely recommend and use this company again

We needed a new septic tank and drain field. Southern Sanitary did a fantastic job and are very professional. They explained and talked with us during the entire process. David and Freddie did a fantastic job. Very respectful of our property. They were very neat during the project considering how big the job was. They cleaned after the project was done and we are super happy with how it turned out. Everything works great. Highly recommend them. Job was done in 4 days. Thank you

He dug down to find that our septic tank was backed up and leaking.
I called Southern Sanitary and they sent out Chris. Nice guy, very professional. He let us know the lift station was not working properly. So the next step was a pump out. Kent came out to take care of the, super friendly and professional as well. Ok, so the next gentleman out was Carlos, I was unable to be home and he was amazing at letting me know what needed to be done and taking care of it. We had a new light put on , so we would know

Southern Sanitary installed my new septic tank. Vicente and Walter handed the entire project. Vicente is a true professional, his knowledge and professionalism are impeccable! Walter handed his business with the upmost professionalism. He is very customer service driven, very detailed explaining the job that was to be done. I have used Southern Sanitary Systems for service for years, but I just used them to replace my entire septic system (from 1966). I am more impressed than ever with Southern, and I am absolutely amazed at how much work they accomplished in the first day. They will be ready for the county inspection on day 2, and then they will cover appropriately and put down grass seed and straw, so that's a complete new system in two days.

Walter and Vincent did an excellent job installing a new septic system on the property. They were always on time, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They were respectful of the property.
