This company in general is horrible. The plumbers do not do their job. They did not really repair the valve in my toilet water pump. It was broken after a day they fixed it The entire valve needed to be replaced, but the plumber did not. I asked him to replace it when he was at my house, but he ignored me. When I called dispatch to address the problem, the lady who answered was rude and aggressive. She would not let me utter a word. This is the worst plumbing service ever.

Do not waste your money with this company. They completely RIP off. They charge me more then 100$ and did not even clean it in my basement and after 2 days my Drainage blocked again. I called other company, they came fix for 60$ and it's been more then week now and there is no problem. Do not waste your money.

Final cleaning is a very dishonorable company that is more concerned with making money then treating it's customers fairly. I called the company for a routine yearly maintenance on my train and the dishonorable technician that arrived claimed I needed to pay an extra hundred dollars for a job I always get done at the contract price. Two days after he snaked the drain, my drain it began to back up into my tenants apartment. I called final cleaning and the same technician came. He found two wipes and claimed that they were fresh and therefore my warranty was void. I stated that there was no way he

Final Cleaning was of great help in a messy situation! I called for service and was very relieved to be given an appointment for the same afternoon. The Receptionist was friendly and understood My state of panic. The Sewer Technician was professional and clean, he even took the time to explain to Us that the toilet paper We were using was problematic. I highly recommend this company!
