Ron has been with us for a few years and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the local HOA and POA requirements. Sun City is one of our larger developments and he will be happy to talk with you about your shade project. SunSetter is our most popular product and Ron can explain everything you want to know about their product.

It allows users to control their Motorized Awning, EasyShades, Dimming LED Lights and more while home or away using a tablet, smartphone, or natural voice commands.
When the wind or rain is not your friend, we have the best weather protection for your awning without going through your homeowner's coverage. In most cases, your fabric will be covered at 100% for the first year and then year 2-5 at a reduced rate. Frames are available in white, camel, spartan bronze, granular black* (limited units) or ivory.

What a smart decision this was. A friend recommended this company and I was hooked. A very helpful sales process that answered all our questions and concerns. Very reasonable installation time frame and quickly installed. The installers also spent time with me to explain the product and how to operate it...in fact he would also take a moment to show my wife the exact same thing when she arrived home 2 minutes after showing me..without either one of us asking him..Now THAT'S QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you are on the fence about this product, hop off the fence and DO IT!!

We are so pleased with our beautiful awning that was installed a couple of weeks ago! Darlene , the owner, was so pleasant and explained the differences between the different awning manufacturers. The awning came in on time and the two gentleman that installed it were very nice- they were quick and neat. The awning was installed in about 45 minutes! We love it!! Outstanding! The customer service was great. Our awning arrived 2 weeks early and the install time was in 2 days. The installers were on time, polite and efficient. They know their job and were in and out in probably 30 minutes. My neighbor did a DYI install and spent 2 days doing it. I can't say enough how well everything went including the quality of the product. If you want the best call Darlene. She's also the owner so you know she cares.
