Loved that they came wearing masks. Juan and Preston were great to work with. Very friendly and they took time to create the exact mirror shape I wanted for my powder room. They came out several time to get an accurate measurements. Office staff is great to work with as well. Thank you JPON Glass and staff for creating my mirror.

So excited to finally find a glass company that was not only polite, but also went above and beyond every other company we called. They understood exactly what I was asking for without a ton of explaining. They sent someone out to measure the next day who took his time to understand exactly what we wanted. He measured several times and traced the rounded edge to make sure it was cut right. Their pricing came back very quickly, was very reasonable and they honored their quote! (Let's just say not everyone in this industry does that) They had the glass cut when they said they would and it fits perfectly

I called to order a replacement glass and did not have all the information that I needed but Jeannie was able to ask all the right questions in order for me to order exactly what I needed. I placed the order and was told that I would get a call back as soon as it was done. I was already impressed as it was but that was raised to even a higher bar when I received a call back in such a short time that my order was ready for pickup!! Thumbs up JPON Glass!!!

Fast, courteous, accurate communication and service. We ordered mirror pieces to DIY some furniture. We contacted several companies. JPON was the first to get back with us and the reps were extremely courteous and professional. Everything about the transaction went smoothly. I normally don't leave reviews, but we were just so impressed with the service! Pretty rare these days. The showroom had some frameless glass shower enclosures that looked really nice. My neighbor just had hers done so we inquired about the pricing. Their prices were better so we will definitely come back when

Jpon installed a glass shower enclosure, and it appears they didn't do it right in the first place, so now I'm having problems. First, they didn't use matching hardware. Second, they placed the hinges on the doors so no reasonable adjustments can be made now. They only warrant their work/products for 2 yrs, and my glass door hits the glass panel next to it. They wanted over $100 to come out to adjust but "no guarantee" that they COULD adjust it. Raised the price to almost $200 because they don't want to stand behind their work. Had to pay someone else to try to adjust

For work, we go here for anything related to glass, in particular mirrors. Whatever you need, they can do it. We needed 1" by 14" mirrors and 1" by 1/4" first surface mirrors and they had it no problem.
Personally, I've had them cut a piece of glass for a picture frame. It fit perfectly and looks great!
