I had a great experience with Four Seasons! They are a family business and it definitely felt that way working with Todd and his son. I didn't feel like just another quick service when they assisted me during a recent renovation of our home. They were fast and efficient in getting our fireplace insert removed and Todd was very patient in explaining the process and any considerations about fireplace safety. (I'm not a contractor so it's a learning process for me but that was NOT a problem). They were super easy to schedule, always on time, and very reliable. Our repair required multiple visits due

They are AMAZING! Both gentlemen were not only polite but a joy to work with. They were not only on time, but called when they had a cancellation and offered to come earlier. They are extremely knowledgeable, told me my options and truly listened to what I wanted/needed. They were able to do the work that day and did an amazing job in getting our broken pellet stove out and getting our fireplace up to working condition. Their knowledge and experience make them the best in the business, I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

Todd and his sone came over today and accomplished the mission with no damage. We have a slate roof and the last think I wanted was to have to repair broken slate but Todd deftly got to the destination (chimney), repaired where needed, and came back down without breaking any slate and accomplishing the mission. I strongly recommend Todd and his son.

This was my first time working with Todd and his crew and I couldn’t have been happier. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were friendly with my dogs, were very professional, and got straight to work. They serviced our pellet stove and gave me tips on how to keep it running in top shape. 5 stars for Four Seasons and I will continue to work with them in the future.

I've been a customer of Four Seasons for 10 years. Most recently, our chimney leaked smoke into the living room. Todd diagnosed the problem and repaired the chimney in a jiffy. Turns out that the chimney cap can clog up over time, leaving the smoke only one route - back into the living room. Todd left no mess, and our spanish tile roof was unharmed. Monterey winters are so much nicer with a fire burning!
