Randomly found this place online and decided to take a chance since needed about 1600 sqft of flooring put into a house on short notice.
Their showroom has lots of samples, which is nice to see in person.
Mark came out to my property, and quoted the cost for the different engineered flooring options I picked out.
He worked with my timeline and had a crew out to my house on time.
They finished the job in a timely fashion and the floors look great!

I had a great experience with Mark and the crew. They were super responsive during the quote process and very knowledgeable. I called saying I had another quote and mark took the time to talk to me and explain the project and costs. Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. The crew was incredibly efficient, worked very hard and did a beautiful job! I've already recommended them to a family member looking for new flooring.

We purchased carpet on June 11 from one of the big home improvement stores and waited for a call from the installer. On July 30, the installers did show up but the carpet was not what we ordered. It was a lesser grade of carpet and we decided not to have it installed. Luckily we were able to cancel the order and return the carpet with a full refund. My wife contacted Concord Carpet and Hardwood and we we met with Barbara on Monday. We were anxious to have whatever carpet we ordered to be installed on asap. Originally I was considering carpet, which Mark was super happy to give me a quote for - but ultimately went with a luxury vinyl plank floor. I could not recommend Barbara and the team more!! I just had LVP installed in most of my new two story condo and will be re-carpeting the stairs soon, and Barbara has been SO great to work with. She showed up for the first meeting with samples, which allowed me to get a sense of what I liked in my lighting. These guys are great! Mark has awesome communication and was available to help us with our every need and question. He made sure we were happy and taken care of which is very hard to find these days. The price was right and our floors turned out amazing. We had our whole house done and the install crew worked really quick. We are in love with our new LVT floors! We worked with Barbara as project manager and Oscar and Fernando completed the work. We were SO impressed at Oscar and Fernando's level of skill, efficiency and quality of craftsmanship which exceeded all expectations. The whole team was fantastic and if we could give 10 stars we would. After getting a few quotes we also found Concord Carpet & HW to be more affordable than others. Mark and his team of floor installers were great. Mark has great communication throughout the process. There were some hang ups with transitions due to covid which we understood and we felt Mark was very communicative during that waiting period. This is our first home and we decided on lvp flooring. It looks freaking fantastic!! You can see in the photo the baseboard which is amazing! Marks installers were so precise on corners. Very detailed work!

I am in love with my floors! The quality and look is outstanding! The Project Manager, Mark, was very professional and worked with us on the price when we offered to pay cash. The lead installer, Fernando, was just as amazing! He and his assistant worked diligently to get the job done in one day, cleaned up after themselves, and the floors look seamlessly beautiful! I recently had Concord Carpet install carpeting & vinyl plank in a listing of mine. They did an exceptional job and the installation looked great. Mark was very easy to work with on the site visit and estimating. Their installers left the house looking great and there were no punch list items needed. Concord carpet and hardwood was a pleasure to work with. We replaced our entire flooring throughout the house with engineered hardwood. Mark Cabrera helped us throughout the process. The work was done extremely well, the bid for labor was fair, and the price for a product was extremely competitive. We did the upstairs and the downstairs in two phases and they worked with this to make this happen easily. Mark made sure that the work was perfectly executed. Mark has a lot of expertise and very easy to communicate with. I called a number of people about installing solid wood over concrete and he was the most knowledgeable on the matter. Most people just told me it should not be done but he explained why it might not be advisable and in what conditions it would be okay. He then immediately came out to do measurements on a weekend and advised me on what I should do.
