Can't speak highly enough about Mark! He ordered the part to replace my icemaker and installed it quickly. He was very friendly and polite (as well as masked) the whole time, patiently answering any questions and teaching me how the machine worked too. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Tallahassee area!

Our fridge died at 10pm so we threw everything into coolers with ice. We called J&M first thing in the morning. They were scheduled through the middle of the week, but they had the part in stock. The owner picked up the part and brought it to us first thing in the morning. Then he instructed us on how to install the part ourselves so we didn't have to wait all week. Although he took several minutes to help us, he only charged us for the part, and we installed it easily. J&M helped us avoid buying a new fridge today, and we are very grateful! We highly recommend their services.

Professional service, friendly, and knowledgeable. Went the extra mile when our top-of-the-line over the range microwave door hinges broke. Mark replaced it but the replacement door clock mechanism wouldn't work right, so with no complaints he ordered another replacement door but left the clock-faulty replacement door in place until the new one comes in to make sure I have a functional microwave during the holidays.

Prompt, courteous and expert service. Mark is great. He diagnosed several problems and helped us assess whether it was worth spending the $ on a lemon of a washing machine--just 6 months out of warranty. No thanks, GE. But thanks, Mark, for your honesty, recommendations and very modest bill for two diagnostic visits. We'll call on you again for all future needs!
