I am a designer showroom in Scottsdale Arizona and deal with hundreds of furniture manufacturers. I will never purchase from this company ever again. I was treated and spoken disrespectfully by Chandra the owner himself. He sent the wrong rug to a customer and it wasn't caught at the time of delivery by my customer. and so because it was opened and and is now on my customer's floor he refused to take care of the issue and exchange it for the correct rug. BAD BUSINESS - BE CAREFUL

My interior designer purchased a Chandra rug (around 10x14 ft, approximately); it was delivered to my house in early to mid October but because my house was still being renovated, we could not open the rug (as it would otherwise get dirty). We opened the rug around mid November; at first glance it looked very nice but about a week later, we notified my designer that it had significant release of wool fibers; in fact, my house looked like it had a cat running around! This apparently is normal for the early life of the rug. However, we became more aware of the issues with the rug because of these
