Sal and Marcus were absolutely amazing, some of the best service I've experienced in a long time. Sal was extremely personable while still making sure the job was completed in a timely manner and done properly. There was great communication front the first point-of-contact to the end of service. They literally triple-checked to make sure the locks were all working properly before they left by both personally inspecting them all and making sure I did the same so we were all on the same page. They also were very neat with their materials and were in and out in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend this

Sal from Secure Home was super quick to respond to my quote request and was able to come and do the work within 24 hours. He realigned French door locks and made them easier to lock/unlock. He wore a mask and shoe covers, was super nice, and worked around my very friendly/very curious golden retriever. Highly recommend!

Sal came out today and changed the locks on our new house. He was friendly, did a great job, and also went above and beyond to fix an issue for me. I was very impressed that he put in extra work when that wasn’t part of the job I was paying him for. He clearly cares about the customer, and his business. Would absolutely hire him again!
