He presented very unprofessionally and may have been having a bad day. but keep it professional don't take out your anger on a new customer. I called him in the morning and sent a photo of the window to be repaired he stated he could be at my mother's home in a few minutes. However 3 hours later nothing so when I called he had a nasty attitude when I asked was he going to repair the window today. Truth be told he was a macho and didn't like my questioning his delay of 4 hours no apologies was offered for the delay. As if that wasn't enough he wanted an additional 2 hours

Not professional. Received estimate and confirmed appointment, but vendor never showed up. Not even a return call to follow up or explain the no show.

These guys are the best! Respectful of time, efficient and great at communicating.

I highly recommend Jimenez Glass if you break a window and want to get it fixed ASAP, at an affordable rate. I texted them on Sunday, desperate to get my bedroom window fixed. They give me a quote and show up the following day. They were so fast and efficient, it took only an hour or so. Also very professional and wore a mask. I contacted a few other companies for an estimate and they were way more expensive. One company quoted me almost twice the amount I paid. Three words: fast, professional, affordable.

Thoroughly pleased with the quality, communication, price, and responsiveness of the service. Had 3 damaged windows, and everything went without a hitch. It's a father and son operation, and you feel like you're hiring family.

These guys are great! Helped me with repairs to my father's house as we prepared it for sale after he passed. Service was so good I had them replace four windows at my home. The inside glass in our double pane window cracked. They came out the same day that I called to measure, and ordered a replacement. The removal of the bad one, and install of the new one took less than an hour. Great work and they left no dirt or debris when the job was finished.

Omg LOVE. After trying to get ahold of a billion (give or take) glass places with no luck - even to get an online estimate - I got ahold of Guillermo Jimenez. He asked me to text over some window pics and mentioned that he might be able to do it today and 'would get back to me.' I'm used to that last being code for 'I will disappear and you will never hear from me again' these days, so was a little surprised when Mr. Jimenez actually called back soon after and let me know he could be here in less than an hour.

I was referred to Jimenez Glass and spoke to Guillermo, who asked me for the window measurements. He then came out and took exact measurements to order the glass. The replacement window was done and I asked him to check another window that needs replacing. Overall, I'm pleased with the work and the cost was reasonable.
