My husband and I recently bought a house in Va. Beach and we needed shades for several rooms, including arched shades for cathedral type windows. I hired Five Star Custom Blinds to install blinds and shutters in my home. I dealt directly with the business owner, Brian. Our business interaction started out cordially enough, with Brian showing me product samples, answering questions and us negotiating price.
Upon accepting my down payment for the job, so began a steady decline in Brian’s customer service towards me. I repeatedly had to reach out to him for status of material procurement and delivery. Brian’s statements about the importance of honest communication and his promises to keep me informed of material status fell far short.

I was kept updated every step of the way from ordering to arrival of shipment and next day installation after they arrived at the facility.
