I used their service to replace a pool pump motor I had purchased a year ago and everything went very well. Service was great and they did a quality job.
I called back recently to have the entire pump replaced with a brand new in the box variable speed pump I had purchased myself and the owner refused service because they couldn’t make a profit on the equipment. But that wasn’t the real issue, the owner had a very poor attitude and was very sarcastic/condescending about it when I asked how much they would have charged for the equipment because I may have considered returning the one I bought
