Jerry is just the best. I needed a service but was expecting to wait a few days. Jerry said he'd be out later this evening and he was. He then apologized for coming when he said he would. He was at the Vet with his dog. I didn't expect same day service but I got it! Thanks again Satilla Septic.

Mr. Jerry did an awesome job, he was responsive, on time, and very informative, found out we were missing a filter and he happened to have one with him! He took his time pumping out our tank and took the time to even wash the wash the tank with clean water. We will be using Satilla Septic again!

You can guess what I was going through, after purchasing a home that I was assured had the septic system pumped recently.
I called for an estimate from Satilla Septic and received a reasonable price and was told he would show up early the very next day.
The owner showed up on time, after calling to give me a heads up he was on his way.
He was very polite and very efficient. Also very informative when I asked a lot of question. He finished the task of pumping my septic system in good time and put the yard
