Our 42,000 square foot facility offers a fully stocked slab yard, with a wide selection of granite, marble, limestone, and travertine. Sorry, this is so disappointing. Yes, it's "a natural stone product", however we didn't order it with a chip, only to be covered up or concealed with epoxy. The seam down the center of the sink, the joints weren't flush and are uneven and the bullnose edge doesn't even line up.
Did not expect that we would end up with such poor quality from a company who has been in business so long.

We dealt with Mike and his wife Cindi. All we needed was one counter with a BBQ cut out. On the positive, DI has a reasonable selection of slabs, and I was able to find what I was looking for. Cindi, though not necessarily nice, is not rude.

After visits with 4 other counter-top contractors, I was about to give up on updating my single wide mobile home. The others needed me to purchase a full slab of granite, even though I have a TINY kitchen and only required a remnant. On a last-ditch spur of the moment stop, I visited DI. We hired DI to fabricate and install countertops for our remodeled kitchen and two bathrooms over the course of two years. It was a pleasant experience and we can only recommend Mike and Cindi's expertise. While it is true that It may take a little longer to get an estimate sometimes, it is worth the wait as the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Also they are happy to order any material they do not have in their extensive stock. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

My husband and I loved that Mike was no nonsense straight to the point when we first visited his shop. There was a variety of quartz, granite and marble to choose from and Mike was glad to show us ones we may have missed. Once we found what we loved, measurements were taken, quote was given. Day of installation was quick and loved that they cleaned up afterwards. Respecting our home and space was greatly appreciated. We are even happier with the work done. Our little kitchen is now a beautiful kitchen. Thanks Mike! We will be calling again when we are ready to do our bathrooms.

Loving my new countertops! Cindy walked us through their large variety of granite slabs and was quite helpful in answering our questions. Four days later Mike came to our home to take measurements, 13 days later the demo was started and finished and the countertops were installed. Completely painless procedure -- not being inconvenienced with an unworkable kitchen for days on end. The job was top notch and the price was right. I would highly recommend Design Images to anyone looking to replace their countertops. Oh, by the way, we also bought our new stainless steel sink from them, no center divider

I had a vision in my mind of what I wanted my fireplace to look like. I sent Pinterest pics to Cindi and Mike to show them what I was looking for. Mike helped me pick the perfect marble slab. The work was done fast and efficiently and I was beyond thrilled with the final results! Even better than I was hoping for. Mike and his crew made installing granite in our kitchen much easier than we anticipated. We selected the slab and he and his crew did the rest. He had good advice for us (this is our first remodel experience) on different aspects of the remodel. Demo and install in one day and cleaned up after. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

Cindy was helpful and friendly without imposing her opinions unless asked.... Just exactly what you need when picking such an important part of your home! Mike and his crew were the best... A special note, at first glance, their pricing might seem a bit on the high side, but unlike others, you don't pay for the unused portion of the slab... You only pay for what you need... We hired Mike to install quartz countertops in our kitchen remodel in June 2015. He came out to template and saw that our cabinets and sub-top were installed and level but our doors were not yet put on. We were remodeling our master bath and our contractor suggested we go to Design Images for the marble. I met Cindi and with her guidance I was able to find the exact marble slab I was hoping for. Cindi was so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, she made the selection process a breeze! 6 weeks after coming out and measuring they were back for installation of my gorgeous marble vanity countertop which was even more beautiful than expected!! I received an email from Yelp saying that my review was flagged for not meeting their guidelines. Apparently I wasn't specific enough about my experience here. I went in to match some travertine after calling and being put on hold then dismissed with a "You have to bring it in," and click, they hung up. Love! Love! Love! Can i just say that this was the best home remodeling experience, yet? When we first visited their shop they were the 4th place we had been to. Mike & Cindi of Design Images have an excellent selection, are fairly priced, and their manufacturing is second to none! I underwent a major remodel and budgets quickly became very important. Myself and my designer took the selected material for each space to three different local granite yards; Mike & Cindi beat all of their prices. Also, the manufacturing/install of solid surface counter tops should not be overlooked! Craftsmanship is key because a botch job will quickly ruin a beautiful surface. We could not be happier with our new granite counter-tops recently installed by Design Images! The installation was fast; the workmanship is excellent. From our first visit to the showroom Mike was very helpful, offering suggestions without being pushy. His years of experience in the craft were of great benefit to us.
