Our HVAC Nerd, Michael, has completed his NATE Certification, NCI Certification, EPA Certification, and has received his HVAC/R Associates Degree from Riverside Community College. Michael continues training with daily coaching and yearly training retreats with professional HVAC coaching gurus. Sean began his HVAC training over 20 years ago, in the US Army.
A broken thermostat won't tell your furnace to work properly. Make sure it has fresh batteries. You can also try to install a thermostat yourself- you can find them at any home construction store. Too complicated? Want a Nest thermostat? Call us to do that for you! The breaker may have popped. Go outside to your main electrical panel, check to make sure all of the switches are fully switched on.
We know you have a budget, and you have certain things about your home comfort system that really bother you! It's our goal to solve your indoor air problems. We install ducted and ductless mini splits into residential homes and commercial spaces to keep the home comfortable and save money on utility bills. These guys are the best. They are so professional- easily one of the best experiences I have had with people working in my home. They get it done, do it right and I barely noticed they were there. They clean up after themselves. We had our whole system replaced, including installing new ductwork- the price was reasonable, and the work completed quickly. Highly recommend.

We were finally forced to replace our 25+ yr a/c furnace system and started with the nightmare parade of proposals from different local heating and air companies. The more people we spoke with the more confusing it became () The worst part of it was how a proposal would be discounted by thousands of dollars the longer we didn't sign, which is so infuriating. Speaking with Sean was literally like a breath of fresh air. Our old air conditioning and heater were barely working last year and we didn't want to go through another winter being cold and summer being hot. Sean was referred to me and he helped get us all set up with a heat pump. The system was from AC Pro and the installation was done by Green Comfort. Their team are experts and are meticulous in their work! Our home is the most comfortable then it's ever been. I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and attention to detail! Michael repaired our heating unit, and diagnosed the source of water that had left the filter damp as a probable leak at the roof vent (which it was). He was thoroughly knowledgeable , extremely nice and went out of his way big time to get the needed part that day. The front office folks are equally nice, cost was competitive. I will definitely go with Green Comfort in the future.

I am so appreciative of Sean and Green Comfort! I contacted them for a second opinion on my HVAC repair needed on the recommendation of a friend and I am SO glad I did! Sean was honest and explained everything clearly. A/C was not cooling and thank God I was able to get an appointment within two days. Customer service was great from start to finish, including when I accidentally put in the wrong address (it was midnight and I was sweating to death when I requested the appointment, please cut me some slack!). Luckily the fix was a quick one and affordable, and I am watching the temp go down for the first time in days. The technician, Marc, was so nice and very friendly and explained exactly what was going on so it was clear what I was paying for. Highly recommend!

Installed a new system to replace my 30+ year old ac unit. Nothing but professionalism, every step of the way. Sean came out and provided an estimate and answered any questions I had. No pressure to sign on the dotted line that day. Once I decided to go with them, Leslie did a great job conveying the process and what I should expect during installation. Installation went smooth. I called on a Friday evening and was scheduled for Monday. I received a call not long after scheduling asking if they could come out the next morning instead. Michael called the next morning to let us know he was on his way. He had all his protective gear on (mask, gloves, and shoe covers) and arrived promptly at 8:15. Micheal was very professional and wasted no time. He diagnosed the problem, informed us of the cost, and got right to work. I am COO of a public charter school corporation. We have contracted many AC companies over the last 12 years and Green Comfort is the first Company to come through on all of their promises of quality service. I've been on time with all service calls. They also have been there in case of emergency's. So I had to wait about a month to wait this review just to confirm results. So summers have been brutal in my 1958 ranch style house. I had a 30yo A/C unit, no insulation in the walls, and very very little in the attic. In comes (after much research) Green Comfort. To test the waters I first had them come to due a tune-up just to see if they were good/knowledgeable. FYI to riverside Public Utilities customers, you get a $25 rebate from the city for a tune up so save your receipt! Anyways they send you both an email and a text when you book online confirming booking date/time, then the day of they

Great attention to detail and very reasonable prices. Sean and his team did a complete re-duct and added a large mini-split to our storefront, Rockstars of Tomorrow, Riverside. The shiny exposed duct work with bright red registers in our lobby is a work of art! Sean's communication with me through this build was outstanding. He even sent Michael out to help us with some confusion with our thermostat after the job was done. Amazing customer service and repair!.I called with an AC that stopped working and they were out the next morning. A few days later it needed additional work and Sean the owner made a special trip out to do a diagnostic and took care of things for us. Been working great and would highly recommend them.

With our recent temperature fluctuations, we've used both the heater & AC. The new unit is smaller, uses less energy, but packs a great punch. It works GREAT!!
Added bonus, I can change the temp right from my phone (and I'm the only one with the mobile PW ).

I live in a 1300 sq.ft. home and I needed to replace my old A/C system (Ducane) because it is already giving us problems that we will never know when will it stop working. The A/C system uses the old R22 freon so the furnace and evaporator coil should also be replaced and the air ducts are also in bad shape so might as well replace it. In other words, everything will be brand new.
The hardest part for me is to find a good and reputable HVAC company to do the right job and at the same time it must be affordable. First thing I have to do is to research on the different brands out there that is reliable

It's started with the old "heat wave" scenario. Our relatively new air conditioning unit decided to blow just hot air during peak outdoor temps, but still you could hear it incessantly cranking outside, running my electric bill higher and higher.
