They told my elderly grandmother that ADP was going out of business and urged her to sign up.
Months later while on vacation, her house was robbed. They broke in the one window they forgot to put an alarm on.(the closest window to the back of the house)
They did absolutely nothing about the robbery and they weren't responsible for the mistake. They told her to file a claim with her insurance.
I'm not saying that the company is set up to pass your information to criminals to rob your house later, but ADP is definitely is not going out business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Can never get ahold of anyone and no one returns your calls. We wanted our system installed in December but Louis told us the cameras were back order so we should schedule for early January. Jan-3rd the tech cam to install and still did not have all the cameras we requested. He installed one, and said he would be back to install the other camera. He never returned. We are still waiting for our installation to be completed. You will receive second rate service if you use this company. I have tried calling, left message, and no I want to cancel my service. I wouldn't even rate this company a 1. We started using Assurance Alarm when we moved into our new home in November of 2016. From the time of installation the system failed to work correctly. Every time we tried contacting them we could never get through to them. When they finally would answer and say they would be here at a certain time they wouldn't show up or call. Finally we called Moni directly and requested cancellation, only to be told Assurance had 30 days to respond. My wife and I had an appointment with a gentleman named Louis Ward the gentleman came out as a salesperson for Monitronics alarm company that we have found on the internet we specifically explain to the gentleman upfront that we wanted one camera for the exterior of our property to be installed prior to any interior installation for services Louis assured us that he would not have a problem accommodating us with this service. This company is fraud. The sell person who came to my door knew we where not home owner, but they went ahead and sign us with this no good company (Assurance Alarm). They charge the wrong amount ever month, and when tried to discount they took at least 3months of service and didn't want to refund us. I went the company to try speak to the owner but instead Ruth many time I asked her to have owner of this company call me but for some reason couldn't never got got a phone call from him. Worse experience ever very unprofessional wouldn't show up on time and days didn't even show up at all with no call excuse after excuse they started the job and two weeks later still couldn't complete it but they made sure to charge us for a month of service with an incomplete job after two weeks of head aches we had enough told them we didn't want the service that was never completed so Lewis says he's sending us to collections for almost $2,000 dlrs mind you we got charged for a month of service for an incomplete job.
