Our client wanted to build a custom three-car garage using reclaimed Old Chicago brick. We imported the brick and installed it so as to match the main house also constructed using Old Chicago brick. The structure was designed to withstand 140-mph winds and the garage. The Landfall project consisted of building a 3,405 SF home numerous porches and a detached 3-car garage with a separate studio apartment above the garage.

It almost is the three year anniversary by calender date. It was actually Tuesday a little after 8pm when it hit. A year later the house is done. Still a little landscaping to do. Urban Infill Corporation
Did a great job putting this house back together, which is more difficult than building it new. With the exception of a few pieces of drywall this whole house is new. There was way more damage than the insurance company wanted to intially pay on. It looks great and I would recommend Urban Infill to anyone.

Working with Urban Infill Corporation was the most positive experience I've had in dealing with a contractor, or construction company. Building is stressful by nature but Chris, the owner, made the process so much easier. He is very professional yet approachable. We chose Urban Infill because Chris is not only a builder, but also a civil engineer, and to us that speaks volumes. We wanted someone who had the skill, education and experience to build our home, and we got all of that with Urban Infill.

Urban Infill/Chris Vail did a large project for me in Downtown Pensacola. The project required extensive wood work that needed with some engineering and that was no problem for Urban Infill.I found the company through BBB and now understand why they are an A company. Will have them do work in the near future. The project was completed on time.
