Family owned for 3 generations, David Atkin Construction Inc. was started by Levi Atkin as L.K. Atkin Construction in 1930 out of Bakersfield, California. In 1963 the family relocated the business to Ventura, California and was taken over by his grandson, David Atkin. Between 1960 and 1980, we specialized in custom homes and tract framing and finish work.
