I am giving CBX roofs a EXCELLENT review because they have been there for us. We had our roof replaced by them about 9 months ago. During the recent storm last week I got on our roof just to see how things were flowing. Just so happens I noticed something shiny in a small hole on one of the shingles. I thought it was an exposed nail. I called CBX roofs and spoke with their wonderful receptionist. Within a few hours, Robert, our original foreman called and cane over immediately. He instantly saw the problem, which was where the solar company workers punctured a tie down point in our roof. Robert

I have been around construction for 40+ years. The workmanship was excellent.They replaced all the rotten wood and installed the new roof within the stated time frame. The roof looks great!

I just worked with Robert Wessley on replacing my roof he did an excellent job keeping me informed every step of the way. He was very polite and asked all the questions that I needed to know. The crew was great as well even though I called them little beavers as they were chopping up the wood on my roof. They did an excellent job and was very quick and getting it done and cleaned up around my house and picked up all the things that needed to be trashed. I would recommend this company to anybody needing a roof.

It started with Ryan Belong on inspecting and doing all the paperwork even fixed our gutter bottom piece at no charge! Great guy! Also from explaining everything that we needed to know before Robert Wessley and his crew came out. Robert was very knowledgeable professional very efficient and made sure to communicate with us from start to finish due to kids and our busy schedule we all made it work! Very grateful for His crew (hard workers) they did a phenomenal job on my dads roof! He’s very picky! And loves it! My family will be using them again in the future! Thank you all so much! ❤️

Another great job performed by CBX for me! Robert, David, and the Crew did a wonderful job on replacing an older roof for me. The Crew works fast and gets the job done in amazing time. Their clean up was very impressive too. Robert kept me informed of the progress and David did a great job on the repairs needed. Hopefully I don’t have to have anymore roof work but if I do I will always call CBX!

Robert and his team were beyond excellent. Communicated from start to finish so we knew what was going on. The crew worked hard and efficiently in the hottest temp of the year so far. Honestly the job was much better quality work than the original roof. Cleanup was good enough you would never have known they had been here. Highly recommend Robert and his CBX crew!

As a local Realtor I refer various companies to my clients. I had hail damage on my personal roof from a chaotic 2018 hailstorm. CBX was one of the first people out to notify me that I may have an insurance claim. They came out and gave a quote and bid to my insurance, Insirance approved the claim and sent payment. I had a date scheduled but as a huge favor to me the company was able to give my date to my client who needed my spot to close on a home we were in escrow on. CBX came out immediately for them, communicated quickly and efficiently with their insurance to coordinate and had their roof

Cbx was great. Had hail damage and my insurance wanted to cover only half my roof. Folks at CBX pressed them and got them to cover it all. Worked with J and David. Both great. Unfortunately the rain kept delaying my roof but these guys busted my roof out in a single day. Very happy with that! Overall I'm very satisfied.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. In my opinion, the work was done poorly and just plain incorrectly in several instances, requiring multiple rounds of rework. Failed first inspection with multiple issues. Communication was awful once they had our deposit.
I would not recommend anyone use CBX, ever.

CBX did a great job on my roof from the very beginning when I called to ask for an estimate. They did the work a month earlier than scheduled. They were very careful to protect my extensive landscaping and cleaned up well. The whole crew were polite and professional. Four different quality control personnel inspected the finished work. We love the new roof and couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you CBX!!

My wife had called our adjuster from AAA and she called her contact which was Jay from CBX, who came out and got up on the roof to assess the damage. Jay so impressed my wife, that he was so professional and thorough, even recommending an under eave mount on the satelite dish. We had an older roof, and patio covers in the back to do. After his assessment we were impressed enough to go forward with CBX. Redding area wide is experiencing a tremendous backlog of roofing jobs due to the sheer volume of claims.
