We use nylon rotary brushes to loosen dirt and debris inside the air ducts and mains. The dirt and debris are collected with a high powered, portable, HEPA vacuum system. Furnaces are properly cleaned by thoroughly vacuuming, wiping down, and sanitizing the blower motor and air handler housing. We recommend sanitizing and disinfecting the entire system after being cleaned.

With a nylon rotary brush, hand brush and rag with sanitizer we thoroughly clean the wheel handler housing, the blower (Blades), and the motor. The blower is just like any fan if it has never been cleaned or its been a long time the curvature of the blades gets packed with buildup draining the power and efficiency of the whole system, sometimes completely blocking the air flow.
Using a commercial low volume fogger we coat the surface area of the system. We use Envirocon, recommended and approved by the EPA for residential and commercial air ducts. Bio-Cide's EnviroCON product is highly effective in eliminating odor-causing microorganisms as well as those associated with mold, mildew and bacterial growth.
The U.S. Fire Administration says that you should have your dryer vents at home cleaned at least once a year. This helps prevent excessive lint and debris buildup within the ventilation pipes, decreasing the risk of residential structural fires. The U.S. Fire Administration says that every year, about 2,900 home fires start because of malfunctioning dryers.

Andrew was fantastic! He and his son arrived right in time and were efficient in cleaning my very dirty (post-remodel) duct system. He was extremely personable and helped me learn a lot about my house since I just moved in. He got into the crawl space and was so helpful in educating me (and not trying to sell something). He also was by far the best value of the three quotes I got, with no upselling...all duct cleaning and system sanitation was included. I had never used this type of service before so I was skeptical of the pricing when receiving quotes from multiple sources.
Andrew with Mile High Ducts was the first to respond, out of 6 companies, was willing to work with me on pricing and very transparent about what services would be provided.
He arrived promptly on time, educated me instead of trying to upsell, and did a very thorough job on the house. He was also very polite, friendly and easy to talk to.

Andrew, the owner, showed up at the agreed time, was very professional, communicative, fully explained what he was doing, and gave my system a full cleaning and sanitization. He went the extra mile to replace a dryer vent that was improperly connected. He had a wonderful attitude, and was a pleasure to have working in our home. Andrew was on time, kept me apprised of the cleanliness, or lack thereof, of the ducts and vents as he worked through the house, and even removed a ceiling vent cover and washed it with soap and water before putting it back in place. He's very personable and friendly while providing excellent service, and I highly recommend him and his company.

Andrew arrived five minutes early and did an outstanding job. After putting eyes on our HVAC system he made recommendations to what service he would provide which save us over $150 from his original quote. The original quote was still less than others in the are. Great work, great communication and easy to deal with. I love supporting small businesses and would recommend him to friends/family.

The owner can out to inspect out system. Justin was extremely professional and specific with attention to detail on our system. The best part was the honesty and transparency of what is needed. The other bonus if you wanted the high end stuff like UCV virus killing lights installed in you unit the cost is better than other providers out there!!! Give them a chance you will not be disappointed. Mile High Ducts are busy for a reason, it's because of their great service.

Andrew was early to the appointment, did not mind waiting for me to to get home from work. Showed me what ducts looked like before and after he got done “polishing them clean”.
