My yard used to look great and then started to look awful and didn’t understand until this past Friday they showed up to treat our yard and did absolutely nothing but put a bill on my door. I have cameras and I guess the tech didn’t notice. Called and when they talked to the tech he said he didn’t do it due to technical difficulties! The. Why did he leave a bill on my door and if this was true then why was it not noted and you had to ask him once I called. I would have paid my bill for nothing being done. How many other people has this happened to I wonder?

Once they figured out where I live in my brand new area, it has been all good from there. The technicians always let me know what's going on with my grass and what they are doing to it. Master Lawn will send you notices about what's happening to lawns in your area, like army worms and so on. My neighbor tried treating his lawn, but it did not look as good as my lawn. So he asked me who I was using for a fertilizer service and I highly recommended Master Lawn. His lawn looks totally better now. Master Lawn get 5 stars with me!

EDIT: I wanted to edit this review to say that Master Lawn came out to do Fall aeration and overseeding. My yard now looks great. A job well done.
Master Lawn did an outstanding job on my lawn last year, not sure what happened this year. I have to call and ask when they'll be at my house to treat because they don't come when expected (based on when the service plan states). I pre-paid for the services and expect them to be done in a timely manner.

I have been using Master Lawn for a few years and am completely satisfied. They are dependable and always appear to have done what they say that they did. This is not true for many yard services. I went through a few yard services prior to using Master Lawn and was never satisfied.

I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Master Lawn. Specifically, I find that they are proactive when servicing my lawn. If they notice weeds during a routine maintenance treatment, they deal with that problem at that time - no need for me to draw it to their attention. Likewise, they keep me informed of any lawn needs that fall outside of my standard treatments. Bottom line: I TRUST THEM! My lawn has never looked better!
