Excellent experience with My Insulation Guy. Jesse and his crew did everything he promised for the price he promised. He underestimated the square footage of our attic but only charged us what he quoted. We had a horrible smell coming out of the heating duct from the attic into our bedroom. They removed 3 large dead rats one of which was newly dead and located near the vent thus causing the putrid smell. They cleaned the entire attic, sanitized it, plugged all the holes where the critters were entering, put in new insulation and new ducts. It is so wonderful to not have that horrible smell any

This are by far the best insulation company in the Riverside County Area. The prices are very reasonable, arrived on time and finished the project as scheduled. They also keep the work area very clean, not only after they are done working, but during.
I use to have batt insulation and had them remove, dispose, vacuum, sanitize, sealed any holes and blew in the new insulation. This dramatically changed the efficiency of my home. My heater use to run 3-4 hours on average. Ever since having the new insulation it's only running 30min to 1 hr every night.

Jesse and his crew are incredible! From initial contact to completion of the job, I've not had a more responsive, friendly, professional contractor do work at my house. Jesse's team kept me updated on their arrival time, were friendly and explained the process to complete my insulation job. Seeing the positive reviews on Yelp, I called Jesse last week to connect with him and find out about his services. He let me know how he is different than a traditional insulation provider, who are incentivized to sell you. His prices are straight forward and as others have mentioned, he is honest. They did a great job. We have a 1960s custom-built ranch home in Pauma Valley. I don't think the attic was ever cleaned out before. They gave me a quote quickly, it was a good price and we were scheduled within a week to get the work done. I couldn't believe all the stuff they pulled of our attic! They pointed out issues with our ductwork and wiring in the attic which we now have repaired. Lots of peace of mind knowing everything up there is fixed and clean now. Bonus, the house smells better in general now that all the old insulation is gone. Happy Customer!

Absolutely a great experience with this company. I have been planning my attic cleanup job for several months now and received quotes from 4 other providers. By far My Insulation Guy was the most competitive quote for a attic cleanup and new instillation and radiant barrier. Matt and his team were great and took the extra effort to make sure the dust was contained and they kept me informed along the process with photos of the work being done. We are completely satisfied with our new duct work and insulation. He was the only person who gave us an upfront (and reasonable) quote over the phone based on square footage. Every other company came to our house, gave us a quote, and tried to upsell us on their services. Jessie was great about communicating before, during, and after the job was complete. I am glad I found My Insulation Guy. After getting several estimates and doing my homework about attic insulation, I finally spoke to Jesse over the phone. He was very honest with me about what type of insulation was adequate and what other insulation he thought would give me the best bang for my bucks. Hire a licensed contractor! The only DIY part about attic insulation is holding the hose while stuff shoots out everywhere. And if I did it, would be 3' deep in some parts and 3" in others. Jessie's crew sealed the attic floor--you can't just throw insulation over gaps--and installed baffles so the attic can breath. I went from R 0.5 to R 38 faster than you can say "hey My Insulation Guy!" The fellows were smart, worked fast, respectful of the house, and explained everything. What a great experience! Jessie and His Amazing Installers Matt and Ron were very proffesional and kept us very aware of what was going on during every step of the process! We are very pleased with the work that was done and look forward to saving more money on our utility bill!
We went with the Radiant Barrier as well to block out the exterior heat from the sun when it hits our roof. We also replaced our air ducts as well they also sealed and cleaned everything well, Protecting us from rodents and animals!

Jesse and his crew are great. I called around and got several bids, their’s was by far the lowest. What impressed me most was the responsiveness and professionalism that Jesse showed throughout this process. He was straightforward and helpful. Today Anthony and crew arrived on time and commenced to drill, fill, patch and match paint with Swiss watch precision. They were courteous, forthcoming and cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell any work had been done. I’d give these guys 10 stars if that was possible. It is so rare to have this type of professional, responsive experience these days.
