Like the other reviews say, they have a terrible time with no call no shows. They were supposed to come to our home yesterday. My husband and I didn’t get to sleep for our graveyard shift because after waiting for two hours, we called and apparently another job ran long. Understandable, but CALL us and say something. Rescheduled for today, and again, an hour after appointment time they weren’t here. Called, and I asked why they didn’t show twice. Their receptionist said “the person who would’ve worked for you isn’t working today” and she said she would find out why they even scheduled

Upon my initial call the person who answered the phone didn't seem to have even a loose idea of their technicians schedules, I was simply told someone would call me later to schedule a time they would be there.
After an hour or two of not receiving a call I decided to call another local plumber.
Near the end of the day I heard a knock on the door. It was one of their technicians asking what was needed for the house.
To their credit, when I explained I had to call another plumber to come out they reacted very professionally and respectfully.
I would suggest this business engage in more communication

Extremely poor service. Will not be using again. 4 no-shows without a call or text. They broke our unit and I had to have another plumber who actually knew what they were doing come out and fix it. Avoid these guys!

My grandma had an appointment for Thursday. They called that night and said they were not going to be able to make it. They said they would be there Friday morning. Understandable. My dad and I went over at noon and noone came. We waited until 3:45pm and no call, no show. I then called with no answer and left a message. We have yet to hear anything. If you're not going to make it, atleast have the decency and respect to call your scheduled customer.

We discovered our mess at 9:30 at night! I called Clogbusters and they were more than happy to come out and help us! It took less then an hour for them to fix our problem! With four teenagers in the house that night, there was NO WAY we could make it until morning! Thank you so much for your help!
