A coworker's realtor recommended Chappell to her, and she recommended them to me. I was very impressed with them. They're courteous and always answer my calls.
We had three problems with our move (because hey, nothing's perfect), and they handled them like professionals. 1) The movers didn't wrap our two canvas paintings, and one was smudged, so they gave me money to have it repaired. 2) They folded our mattress to get it up the stairs (we live in 100-year-old house), but unfortunately, it was either have a creased mattress or none at all. 3) They forgot a lamp in the truck

On the advice of my realtor, I contacted them for a local move, and was delighted with the service. The movers were prompt, friendly and hard-working and the move went without a hitch. Their pricing was extremely competitive, and I'd have no problems recommending to friends and (heaven forbid) if I ever need to move again, this will be my "go-to" service. Fantastic service and price. Had a crew out to move furnishings from one home to another 9 miles away. The crew worked hard and quick, took great care with our belongings and big homes to avoid any damage. Everything in the truck was properly secured and protected. They arrived 30 minutes late because they took a wrong turn but called immediately. Paid by the hour for 3 men and the truck plus one hour for travel time
