Everyone at C&C is always so polite! From the office help, to the gentleman who inspected out duct work and gave us a bid, to all the technicians doing the work. They communicated cleary everything they were doing, and when the job required a second day, they showed up first thing. The were polite, and cleaned up everything after themselves, including moving a grill back in place that we had moved out of their way (totally above and beyond what we expected).

My unit stopped working so I called C&C. I had never used them before. They explained about the flat rate to come out and that fee would be applied to any repair work done. That part was understood and fair given most companies do that. However, once he looked at the unit and discovered the drain line was clogged up and causing the shutoff to trip due to water in the pan he proceeded to offer me 5 options for the repair. They offered 5 options for the repair ranging from 900 - 350. The 350 was what they called the band-aid which was to simply unclog the short "3 ft" section of pvc from the unit

Richard, Tate, Tyler & the rest of the crew were amazing. The C&C crew were able to do a new system install for us at an amazing pace right before the weather started to get too hit. Each of them were able to explain what they were doing and why in terms that someone who doesn't have HVAC knowledge can understand. Office staff are also top quality and willing to work with you. Loved the experience and will definitely be a lifelong customer.
