They know their business! Called to get an extinguisher serviced. As soon as I arrived, the lady told me that the extinguisher had been recalled. She gave me an information sheet explaining what to do. In less than two weeks the old extinguisher was shipped back to the manufacturer and a replacement was received! Now that's excellent customer service and we'll be sure to return when we need service in the future!

I'd like to know why your delivery person was not wearing a mask during deliverys?? I guess fire safety is all that matters??

The Tech arrived a little early(!), calling in advance to make sure it was OK. He was courteous, professional, and efficient, identifying a few units that needed pressure testing and one that was damaged and needing retirement. I don't know how he could have done a better job.

I called Bob Peters FireProtection a year of so ago to see I see if I could recommend them for a contract at a terminal in the Port of Long Beach. First question was if anyone in their employ had a TWIC card (Transportation Workers Identification Credential) which is necessary to work anywhere in the Port. They said no and I told them it might be a good idea since the card only costs $135 and is good for five years.
