Do not trust these people.. They give vague quotes. Then its changes to cost twice as much as the original. Aaron is never wrong and everything that goes wrong (which they caused) is your fault. They threaten to stop work if you don't comply and have questions. No quality control and they hire inexperience subcontractors. They say they charge 10 to 20 % profits but its more like 50% percent. Their sub-contractors installed windows that wont hold, they damaged the AC unit yet they blamed us.. trouble people..

In June 2018 the A/C unit in the attic above a bedroom/bath of a townhouse rental of mine overflowed and ruined the rooms underneath it. Sheetrock, carpet, moldings were all soaked. After the water restoration people dried the area, HDI came in, cleared out the remainder of the damaged walls and moldings in one day. Soon, new Sheetrock was hung, taped, primed and painted. Moldings installed with perfect corners. HDI did a great job. They cleaned up each day worked, were respectful to my tenant, and kept me informed. Quality, professional company.

We engaged Aaron on an extensive renovation of our house. The work was completed with high quality in a reasonable time frame. He quickly turned around and gave us an estimate within 2 days, which we found was rare among contractors we dealt with. He was able to stick close to his estimate, with few add-ons aside from those we requested. Most importantly, he's a good honest guy. No shenanigans.

I am the Facilities Manager for Good Shepherd Center and we used HDI to do an exterior remodel on the Ashley Center which is for our veterans. Their work was done professionally and as promised. I would highly recommend HDI to anyone needing a reliable contractor. I know that I would not hesitate to use them again.

I used HDI for a total remodel on my mom’s old house. The project went from what we thought was going to be a complete gut down to the studs, to a complete gut down to the four exterior walls and the dirt of the crawl space. This was due to more long-term water damage from under the house than originally suspected. I could not have asked for a better experience. I’ve heard horror stories about projects like these, but I did not live one. These guys always made me feel like they were on my side and looking out for me. They did top notch work the whole way and still kept me within my budget even

We chose HDI Construction because they were professional and fair from our initial contact. They were friendly and great to work with. We were impressed that they made sure our project site was cleaned up every evening. The project was complete when they said they it would be. Will definitely use them again!

We hired HDI to add a dormer to our bonus room. They were very professional and fun to work with. They were here when they said they would be and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. All of our questions and concerns were addressed immediately. We would highly recommend HDI for any home improvement project.
