Never allow liquids, even water, to spill dry on your floors for the first 14 days with waterborne finishes and up to 45 days with oil modified polyurethane. Use proper floor protection when moving items back into their areas. Appliances cause frequent damaged if they are rolled or allowed to slide on your new floors.
When a flood occurs, every second counts so call us and we'll provide you a detailed typed up quote asap. We can work with any insurance company or mortagae company. We have over 20 years experience working with these types of flooring issues. A house flood can occur from a number of different sources.
Clear Grade: This is the most expensive grade of hardwood flooring because there are few color variations, board lengths are not widely varied, and there are little to no visible knots or pinholes. Select and Better: This grade is slightly lower than the clear, still presenting uniform color and little to no knots and pinholes.

The hardwood guys were amazing. David was great with all the information I needed to pick the best refinishing products after a dishwasher leak ruined my hardwoods. Pricing was great and the results were flawless. My wife and I loved Wilker. He took his time after the initial sanding to complete test colors on the floor and allowed us to choose our color. The finished job was awesome. Can’t say enough great things about the Hardwood Guys. Great Company, highly recommended!

We just purchased a house and needed the 20-year old hardwood floors refinished, along with our staircases. We chose The Hardwood Guys after doing research online. David came to the house and was thorough in explaining the different finishing options and which would be best for our needs.
The project started and ended within the expected time frame. The crew put a sample of our top stain choices on our floor and it made choosing a stain color much easier. They did a great job sanding and staining the floors. And the stair rails and posts stained to match turned out amazing.
