Founded in 2007, Dustin and Amy Parker created iHome Improvements with a focus on quality and unparalleled service. Far too often home or commercial renovation contractors leave a job half-finished or lack in communication, our philosophy is to put you first. We understand that we are working in your home or business and each renovation or remodel is personal.
We found a new home we loved and signed a purchase agreement before putting our old house on the market. The old house really needed some work and we didn't have time to do the touch-up and repairs ourselves. I called iHome for help and they started work within days, even making recommendations for other small and inexpensive fixes that could boost the home's sale appeal.

Would not recommend iHome for any remodeling work.
-Poor workmanship with back-splash tile placement (some tiles seem to be buckling out from the walls and the grout crumbles when you attempt to clean the back splash)
-Front porch posts are mounted to Styrofoam blocks instead of something much more sturdy. The foam blocks began to crack almost immediately after iHome "finished" my remodel
-Poor quality in creating fire pit area--stones are sinking and buckling
-Poor quality in attaching storm door--long cracks on the frame where the door was attached
-Left a long punchlist unfinished--was

Amy and ihome goes above and beyond! They personally have came and done quality work in my home several times. Amy herself is so involved and communicated excellent! Not to mention her electrician was such a sweet soul and came out at no charge to change my light fixture! ihome work speaks for itself. You won’t regret hiring them for all your needs!

After saving for 38 years, my husband and I hired Ihome to make improvements to our retirement home. We signed with them on Feb 19, 2020 and moved in on may 23,2020. When I complained about the lack of finished work and the paint touch ups needed --the friendly co-owner tried to make me feel she was paying me and not us paying her. She sent her main employee to get cabinets which she painted shut remedied -but he did not sand the drip marks and touch up those. Nor, was the paint spray on our windows and kitchen floor addressed. Wonderful Experience! Dustin, Amy and the whole team were amazing. They were quick, efficient, reasonably priced and so professional. We used them for some roof work - They showed up when they said they would, gave me all the information I asked for and more. Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. Especially when it comes to contractors! We consumers have grown accustomed to "I will be there Tuesday at 8am" then we never see or receive a call that they will not be coming or running late. I have NEVER received this from iHome Improvements (Dustin or Amy Parker). They believe in building great customer relationships and completing each project to their client’s absolute satisfaction!
