We had a pipe burst and flooding in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. 911 responded within the hour. Very helpful and knowledgeable with insurance claim. Did Great work and responded to all our questions promptly. Everyone we dealt with was great and trustworthy. 911 Did not request payment until insurance claim was settled. Highly recommended! I was doing a repair on the roof of my house all of sudden it started raining in to my house by the time I covered it i had some rain water damage on different areas in my house. Disaster can happen at any moment. It was around 6 in the morning and our house started flooding. We immediately searched for a reputable company. We came across 911 restoration and decided to call. They were at our house within the hour. They immediately started to assist with the issue, taking all of the water out and putting fans to prevent mold.The house was completely flooded so keep in mind this was a mess. There was damage to our walls damage to our furniture etc. 911 restoration and their crew were amazing. The workers were polite and helped us in anyway they could. I couldn't ask for more
