I'm really grateful to find a service like Golden Eye. They were quick, responsive, and extremely accommodating in working with a residential install. They usually do commercial installations, but Rob was able to find us a good deal on a Honeywell camera system that would work for our house and our budget.

We use the team for our shop security (happy and satisfied with the work!) but today my review is on their additional service of hanging Christmas lights for their customers. Cory and the guys are great! I'm super particular about my plants and past light service guys have done more damage then the price of the lights. So of course I'm also a pain about balancing the lights, hiding the connections, etc. Cory's team gets it, super considerate and careful, they dont miss a thing! **also came back out this week after those horrific winds just to insure everything was still perfect

I'm glad I chose Golden Eye to install our surveillance cameras. Rob was professional, on-time, and answered my many questions. I felt he was honest in recommending what he felt was adequate for my needs and did not try to upsell which I really appreciate. They did a great job with the install and even beefed up my tech cabinet to better handle the weight of all of my other big mess of a pile of equipment. Cory even put in a screw where I could still have a place to hang my coat back up! Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Golden Eye Surveillance is the best company for installing high end surveillance systems AND they are also just as amazing in helping you install wireless cameras and doorbell cameras if you need some extra help (like I did). Rob helped me install some wireless Ring doorbell cameras in my front gate entry way and also my front door as well as a wireless Ring battery camera in my back yard and helped me integrate them with Ring interior cameras and also they are complimentary to the high end wired surveillance cameras

Rob and his team at Golden Eye recently installed six 4K HD 8 megapixel cameras and related accessories at our home in Newport Beach. Golden Eye was price competitive, prompt, efficient, cordial, and very helpful to my wife and me in tutoring us on the system, in accessing the IPhone app, in following up, and in answering our many questions. These guys are pros. They provide terrific service. We are able to highly and unconditionally recommend Golden Eye for any surveillance system needs. It is a huge relief to my wife and me to now have a first class system at our home which was installed

I'm happy with the surveillance camera set up. I wanted a good camera system that did the basics but was also within my budget. Rob explained all my options and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The Golden Eye Surveillance crew showed up and they were patient and pleasant. They worked hard (on a very hot day) and didn't leave a mess behind. Rob provided me with step by step instructions on how to use the system. I definitely will be recommending to friends. I'm very satisfied with the company.

The people at Golden Eye are AMAZING!! We have used them three times, starting from a small DVR replacement to installing a new system at 2nd location. They really know what they are doing and the quality of work is always flawless.
Yesterday, they switched out some old analog cameras, installed digital cameras where it made sense, and installed a wireless access point because one of the locations cannot receive a wifi signal. During the 7 hours they were here, all three guys had face covering the entire time (this is written during the COVID-19 spike locally), and I felt safe around them.

This company does all and I would give it a five star rating because this company not handles my surveillance camera system but my security alarm system also. I have been informed over the years that not all security companies can handle Surveillance cameras and Security alarm systems too. Anyone can put a system in, but the company has to certified by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Service to install a proper and working alarm system. This company is not only certified by the State of California, they are local guys who know there jobs.

This is the second time I have used Golden Eye for security camera install for my business. The first time they came out about 2 years ago to install 8 supplied Swann cameras and DVR. My warehouse is long but Golden Eye was able to connect camera from end to end. Although they charge by the hour and at first as a customer you feel they may just lag in order to bill you higher hours, this was not the case. For 8 cameras they did it in a good amount of time. I forgot what I paid but it was certainly under the $100-$150/per camera rate others were quoting. But price is not only affordable, the service
