Very honest and helpful! I called in a bit of a panic as we are buying a new home and saw water damage in the garage after we made our offer. He immediately asked for me to send a picture of my concerns before paying to have them come out for no reason. He also was honest that air quality testing wasn't going to be accurate in the garage so I was extremely appreciative for their help and willingness to guide us to what our next step should be. Great experience with The Attic Doctor. Hired them to remediate mold in my attic. Good communication with Eric the owner. New soffit, new baffles, the wood in the entire attic looks brand new, all mold gone, installed duostat on fan to deal with both heat and humidity. A multi-day process required some patients, but could not be happier. A+
