I called this company last minute and they were very accommodating. I even had to make a change to my move on the day of the move due to an unforeseen circumstance and this company was able to roll with it! They made this move incredibly easy and smooth! In a long lifetime of moves, we have NEVER had a good or even a fair to middling moving experience. Lousy to worse has been our moving experiences to date. So I debated when we decided to move from our home and our roots (Colorado Springs) to Arizona, whether to call for moving quotes or just save a few steps and jump off of a bridge now. Matt Young from iHaul iMove was the only one of four movers who called me back. The other three Yelp recommended movers were silent.

I cannot praise this company enough! From the office staff/owners to the crew and each step of the way. We are military and have moved 12 times in the last 20 years and this is by far the best moving company. Personable, reliable and affordable! What more could you ask for?! There was a mishap with a treadmill in a stairwell that caused some wall damage (accidents happen) the owner was prompt and responsive to getting things repaired. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I've hired iHaul iMove, and once again they did not disappoint. Tyler and Dylan were so friendly, accommodating, and patient (moving usually gets me a little frazzled and scatter-brained) and were extremely careful with all of my belongings. They also brought a bunch of clothing boxes so I could just transfer my hanging clothes/coats directly into those. Was definitely a time/energy saver. I am not sure whether you have to call ahead to request them, but I did anyway.

We used iHaul iMove this week to move a four bedroom house. The guys on the crew for packing and moving were quick, thorough, and professional. We were very impressed with their packing job and how the moving crew made even difficult pieces seem easy to extricate. Standouts were Ben and Dave... We would definitely use this service again.

Overall, my wife and I had a very good, smooth moving experience with this moving company and its employees! We also had them pack most of our breakable kitchen and dining room items and nothing broke. We highly recommend them, though they are on the high end of moving companies in Colorado Springs.

Wow! I was so nervous to hire a moving company after a bad experience a few years back. I shopped around and talked to other people to see who they recommended. I got about 10 different quotes from companies with mid to high reviews. The price quotes extremely varied (one as high as $780+ and one as low as $75/hour) so I was anxious after even after speaking with iHaul and they said there were no hidden fees. They were in the mid range of pricing.

I am completely blown away by the service this company provided me. The 2 guys that helped me moved were fast, polite, and efficient. They definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. Super impressed with Matt and his team! I recently used them for my move from the Springs to Castle Rock. Initially I called elsewhere and scheduled a different moving company (probably the one you initially thought of too), but they tried to upsell me throughout the entire phone call and didn't leave me with the best feeling in my gut. These guys were awesome! I've used a number of local moving companies in Denver and Colorado Springs, over the years, and this was by far the best experience. On time, never slowed down, and now that I am unpacked I can say nothing was damaged.
Not the cheapest company we've hired, but in the end we got what we pay for! Excellent and quick (as far as moving goes) service!
I would hire them again in a heart beat, if I ever planned to head back to the Springs - which I don't ;)
