We hired Mitch Kunick and his team to design our modern dream home. I cannot recommend this team enough. It's been 3 three years since completion and we still are thrilled and amazed by Mitch's design. His vision was incredible and team was very accommodating on all fronts. I highly recommend this firm particularly for modern design. They really get it!

Affiniti Architects has done an amazing job for us. Benjamin Schreier was a partner as much as a talented architect. He started listening to what we wanted, what we liked what we didn't, then started to bring his own ideas and expertise to help us build what ended up the house of our dream!
Benjamin helped us manage the inevitable trade offs and we ended up with very few compromises. We were happy every step of the way and him to keep an eye and the construction which he happily did.

Mitch Kunik and his associates at Affiniti were wonderful to work with. My husband and I have built 3 homes here at Ocean Reef, this experience after building with 2 different architects, was by far the best. We sat down with Mitch, and after our first meeting, he returned with a sketch that was right on, it never changed. I don’t know of anyone else that can visualize like Mitch. You don’t realize how important your architect is to your project. He was always there to help us, the contractor and designer through the whole process. He never let us down. My husband and I worked with Brian Collins, of Affiniti Architects to design our home in Myrtle Beach, SC. Brian listened to our wish list as well as asked us pointed and thoughtful questions about exactly what we were hoping to accomplish with our design.
