We worked with Dixie Construction on a 100+ year old home renovation. It was a big undertaking - the house was gutted and a new foundation added. We moved in just over a month ago and are so pleased with the outcome! I am impressed with the quality of work that George's team provided. They were accommodating with our requests and had great attention to detail. I'm especially happy with the tile work in our bathrooms! I purchased a property that needed to be fully renovated and engaged a local architect to lay out the plans. The architect recommended George with Dixie Construction for this work, which was the restoration/renovation of a 100+ years old home with some new additions. Due to the type of construction loan required for this property we had to move fast on the front-end of the project and George was very accommodating when providing the costs and schedule information for our bank. Simply the best!! We did a full gut and camelback addition to a historic double shotgun home and they knocked it out the park! We were even asked to participate in the Preservation Resource Center’s Shotgun Home Tour. Working with George and his team was so easy. He is great about communicating the direction of the project.
