Wise Stone Choice

When you pick a slab or color, you might want to pick it just prior to it being cut to insure you receive what you picked. We picked either White Spring or Crema Typhoon, but what was installed was what looks just like Bianco Antico. We supplied the stainless steel sink, when installed it has a few little dings in it. Other than that, everyone was nice to work with and the quality of installation was good.

Buyer Beware! God definitely was watching out for us with this next company: Wise Stone Choice. They had good reviews, and their FB states they believe in customer service. I disagree.
1. They NEVER, and I mean NEVER returned calls or emails.
2. I went to the showroom to give the down payment in May. They NEVER even ordered the counter.
3. After another call about the counter being there, they said they would call when it came in for me to examine. They NEVER did.
4. When I went to the showroom to actually see the counter since I had lost all faith in them, they had another person’s name

Not happy, poor communication. Errors made on their part. Won't respond. Wrong edges and bar 7 inches too long. They have their money so they no longer care. Making the best of what I have.

Robert and his team were the best! We went to multiple other places before Wise Stone Choice, and couldn’t get anyone to even help us in their show rooms, let alone come measure to give us a quote. We ended up at WSC and they had BY FAR the best selection, best prices, and amazing customer service! Nick, who came out and measured and was here for install, was super helpful and knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and skip everyone else and go to Wise Stone Choice! You won’t be disappointed!

I LOVE my countertops! Robert did such a good job listening and finding exactly what I was looking for in my new house. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and polite. Exceptional customer service and met all deadlines.

5 stars isn't enough. My wife and I were incredibly indecisive and went back and forth on colors and styles for over a month. Robert spent the time to give us tons of options and was very patient. They gave us a delivery date the day they took the measurement and were dead on. Install went perfect, can't see the seam at all.
I normally never write reviews for products/companies but every time we're in our kitchen we know we made the right choice. Thanks Robert!

Wise Stone Choice was recommended to us from the company making our cabinets. In dealing with Robert Garcia and his associates, I can understand why. When we went to location to select our slab of granite, we could not find anything we liked to fit our design. We saw a piece of quartz sitting off to the side that was perfect. Robert was able to find a piece of quartz that would fit our kitchen design a lot better for a very reasonable price.
