We ordered down lights and track lights for our numerous retails stores for the entire U.S. from Intense and we could not be happier. Don't ever order item # ITV20 terrible product from Intense they only last about 6 months maybe. The transformer burns out and then you will need to purchase a new fixture which runs about $60.00 + each. I have about 60 of these fixtures so if I continue to use them my yearly investment will be $3,600.00. I am now needing to order all new lights from them 12 months later from my new building being completed and this time I am going with a LED which I hope will work much better and the investment last like it should when you are spending thousands of dollars. Other part is that I tried reaching
