Do not use!!!’ Poor quality products!!! ! Shower curtain rod rusted out within a year of instillation They did replace x1 and the second one did the same thing! Brackets are fine. A shower curtain rod should not rust like that in a matter of a year. They would not replace for a better quality. Shotty stuff. Beware!

This company was contracted by my builder to do the blinds. I made my appointment for April 2019 to replace a set of blinds that was bent when I moved into my house and they brought the wrong size blinds for my window. Here we are in January 2020 and I still don't have the correct, unbent blinds put in my house. When I try to call them the voice mailbox is full and emailing them through their website hasn't been successful either.

They are the worst kind of company, whom try everything they can to not do any customer service. They will wait until you are out of warranty then start to charge you. Kenny is the salesman definitely not caring any customer service. Either the company needs to start to pay their sales for customer service, or they need a customer service team. They drag their feet for weeks not to answer our calls or emails.

Have had this company do my blinds, mirrors and gutters. One side of the gutter is coming off. Talked with one person from the company who turned in a work order and still haven't heard from anyone at the company a week later. This is really poor customer service! I guess I should have found a company who guarantees meant something. Very unsatisfied!
