Over a decade designing medical spaces that improve patientexperience and increase profitability. 60 minute meeting to review recommended material finishes and fixtures (includes plumbing, lighting, hardware, etc). This phase is spent gathering the information needed to present a design tailored to you and your space.

We had just signed a lease for a new build out in Beverly Hills, and although we had some conceptual ideas of what we wanted the office to look like, we had no formal plans. Mitra and the team from Simour Design are such a pleasure to work with! My husband recommended I sign up for a Zoom presentation with Mitra because we were designing a new medical spa to be added to our existing plastic surgery practice. We used Mitra and her team for a complete redesign of an old restaurant space into our medical right next to Cedars Sinai Hospital. Mitra is an EXPERT at what she does. Not only does she have incredible taste, but she is a pleasure to work with and a true professional. Her team is highly specialized in the medical space. They know all of the different materials, suppliers, costs etc. I will be using her for all of my medical projects.

Mitra and her team designed and implemented the design throughout my built out. She had a vision the minute she walked into the space, a week later she presented me with a 3D rendering of the proposed spaces.

I was happily recommended by my lease negotiator to contact them for updating my dental office. After 20 years in the same office, I needed some help to upgrade my finishes with bright ideas from these professionals. Tiyam is a pleasure to work with. She has helped me tremendously in the prep stage by giving me a lot of fresh ideas on floor, wall, and cabinet ideas on choices of materials and colors. She brought in many samples, and the computer drawings of proposed cabinet changes and front office design was most helpful. I highly recommend LA Healthcare Design!
