They are AMAZING!!! Would recommend to everyone. Made my 140 year old home's floors look like new. Repaired gaps and refinished, but kept the integrity of the original floors. They kept the timeline and were one of the most honest contractors I have ever dealt with... Any flooring needs in the future, they will be the only call.

Mr. Santos responded right away when I reached out to him. He came out quickly to give me an estimate on installing luxury vinyle flooring that I had already purchased. He worked around my schedule and when the flooring store did not estimate the correct number of boxes of flooring which left me two boxes short, he was kind enough to return after I was able to locate more flooring and did not charge me for the store's error. The store where I purchased the flooring did not have anymore in stock. They cleaned up after they finished the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have

We just had the wood floors in our new home refinished by Santos Flooring. From the initial phone call, Rosemary was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and got us scheduled for a walkthrough that same week. Jean was so professional, walked us through the entire process, laid samples down for us as we were unsure of what finish we wanted. Jean and Rosemarie were a pleasure to work with. They did an exceptional job on our floors. they turned a house with 60 year old floors looking brand new. The attention to detail was shown with the repairs, installation, sanding, and staining of the hardwood. I would reccomend this company to anyone looking to make their old floors look new.

Jean and Crew did an amazing job! We have used Santos Flooring on three separate occasions to refinish our floors, install and stain oak flooring, refinish the stairs and railing, and install new flooring in the kitchen. They basically refinished and or installed all the floors on the main level. The results are fantastic. Jean in undoubtedly a master in his craft! Not only do the results speak for themselves, but throughout the process, Jean was very responsive, flexible, punctual, and communicated clearly the time needed to allow the stain and topcoat to dry. Santos Flooring was absolutely wonderful to work with! They were friendly and prompt from the initial estimate all the way until the job was completed. They removed baseboards and tile and installed wood flooring throughout our entire house (replacing all baseboards). Their work is absolutely beautiful! We’re so extremely happy! They were happy to answer all questions and help us to understand what materials we needed to provide. They were also flexible with some last-minute schedule adjustments we needed to make. I recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work!

Gene is great. He is responsive, punctual and takes great pride in his work. He redid the floors in our entire house - he helped us pick both the color and finish to match our windows and doors and our floors look absolutely beautiful! He was always on time and finished under our very tight deadline. One of the best home remodeling contractors I've ever worked with!
