Fire Works Fireplace

The Fire Works installation team took on a Herculean job for us today. They had to remove an existing wood burning fireplace before they could install a gas model. Wow!! The job gave the term "work" a whole new meaning. They completed the job, after an entire day without breaks, did a fantastic clean-up job and remained calm and courteous throughout. They far exceeded my expectations for this job! Thank you to all.

Every one in a while you find a business that delivers. From the sale to the install and beyond. We've owned our stove for 5 years and had some minor issues and every single time they came through for us. If you are considering a purchase form Fire Works Fireplace, you won't be disappointed.

We found Harlan after a recommendation from a friend and are so glad we did. Service like this is a rarity anymore. We converted an existing wood-burning fireplace (from the 1970’s) into a gorgeous gas fireplace. It was not your typical job because the natural stone protruded in front of the opening in some spots. Harlan was able to design a plan and Heath and Tyler installed it perfectly. We could not be happier with our Mendota gas fireplace installed by Fire Works. Top notch service from start to finish! A+!

I just had Fire Works Fireplace our to do a service call. Every part of the experience was superb from the original phone call to final service itself. Heath did our service in our home. He showed up on time and fully equipped to do the job. Very professional and meticulous. Our house was as clean when he got done as when he showed up.

I have a Travis House of Fire fireplace insert. The blower wasn't working. I called Fire Works & they were able to diagnosis the problem over the phone & tell me how to fix it w/o a service call. The guy I spoke with was knowledgeable & courteous. I will use them for repairs from now on & would highly recommend them.
