Our experience with Ballard Heating n Cooling hasn't been up 2 par. The ppl in the officer r wonderful n they're usually prompt at coming 2 work on my unit. Not sure this unit was properly installed... the unit was installed in 2014 with the grant money the town of Norwood NC received from the state/federal government. We believe that bc this house hadn't been lived in 4 10-15 years they thought that installing the proper equipment wouldn't b necessary... so they replaced the old system n ever since we moved into the house in March of 2016 we've had one issue after another.
