C.W. Harman & Son was established in the early 1950's in a small chicken house on 221 just south of our current location where we sold lime and fertilizer. In 1962 C.W. took his business to the town limits of Floyd which is now the location of the Jacksonville Center. There he began hauling bulk fertilizer from Greensboro.

I've never had a bad a experience at this store except for buying too much. The store is small but they always seem to have what I need. They do their best to help this relocated city dweller without making me feel stupid. The service department is slow, but only because they are good and there aren't many other places who repair. I really can't blame them given the sheer numbers they work. Great people and great business. Highly recommend

Allen Jason and all the staff are super helpful and care about meeting your needs!! The store is stocked with inventory! If all business was conducted this way, like it use to be where people cared about people instead of the DOLLAR we would be a lot better off! thanks guys can't wait until I need something else!
