I would like to compliment E.L.M. on the great job they did taking down a very large Eucalyptus Tree on our property. The team came with all the equipment necessary to do a safe job and I was very impressed how quickly the tree came down. After they made their first trip to haul away the trimmings they came back and did a nice job cleaning up the area. I would hire them again and I plan on recommending them to my friends and family. We did get bids from other contractors and their bid was the most reasonable. I am a very happy customer. JT

So as you can see...it took them 2 months to reply to my review. Why bother? This is about what I would expect from someone who didn't even bother to respond to my request. This is a disingenuous attempt to make it seem like they care. I'm not buying. I called another service that answered the phone themselves on Saturday and did an excellent job. They were there on Monday after I called this guy. I know the difference because I own a number of rental properties and have this type work done a couple times a year.

Our contact was Bob, the owner. Bob is the ultimate professional.
Bob was knowledgeable and provided extra "tips" regarding the best time to trim our Queen Palms and was respectful during our negotiations.
The crew that arrived on time was equally professional, hard working, meticulous with clean up and listened to our needs-an obvious by-product and reflection of the entire company.

We needed our large Jacaranda tree and a small Carrotwood tree trimmed and looked around and after getting quotes and somewhat unprofessional companies to respond we decided on ELM Tree Care. They did an excellent job and very reasonable at that. The crew included Pedro, Mario and didn't get the other name.

I am seriously impressed by the professional crew ELM tree care sent to my house. I had a ~100ft tall pine tree with very little space all around it. They showed up, knocked it out in a few hours, cleaned my property, and the yard looks better now than when they showed up.

We had three palm trees removed and one carrotwood tree trimmed and laced. I was going to have some older stumps ground but it was a bit pricey so we skipped it. I think my carrotwood may have been over trimmed/laced. We shall see! My yard has so much more light coming through which I am happy about.

What an awesome job! It's like we have a new house with that massive tree gone. I'm impressed. No damage to my cameras, rain gutters, sprinklers, or drain. All the guys did a great job and totally respected our property. Did good clean up and left yard looking great. Money well spent!
Check out the before and after pictures. It's like night and day. The tree roots were cracking my walkway and encroaching on our house, it had to go. Bye bye tree! Stump too, gone daddy gone!

We had ELM come out to take care of 10 palm trees, what an amazing job they did. From the initial call to the finished service. Showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do and cleaned up all the trimmings and other tree bits. Will definitely be calling them again

E.L.M. Tree Care gave us what we thought was a reasonable price and were able to schedule us very quickly. The foreman called about 30 min prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way over. They trimmed our four Mexican palm trees in about an hour, including gathering the trimmings as well as some fronds that went rogue into our neighbors yard. We are pleased with the service provided and would use them again as well as recommend them.
