Horribly unprofessional to the point of a twilight zone-esque experience. Booked an appt for them to clean our carpet. Was given a window of one hour for arrival time. Moved furniture in five different rooms, sat, and waited. And waited. Decided to call 45 minutes after window ended to see what was up. Guy on the other end acted like he couldn’t be bothered. Had a tone of like “duh, lady, that’s only an APPROXIMATE estimate of arrival time.” Didn’t apologize but acted like I was just an annoyance. I informed him I’d only be home for a few hours more- he said he “hoped it would work

These guys did a great job cleaning my sofa. Looks new again. I'm glad I called saved me from buying a new sofa. Although the guy that cleaned my sofa told me I waited to long to have the sofa cleaned. He worked hard on it I think it looks new again.

Although the lady I spoke with several times (and even confirmed with the day before) was very kind, no one showed up to do my carpets or even call me. I waited the entire 9-2:00 time span they gave me, kenneled the dogs, moved all the furniture, and wasted my day waiting for them to arrive, or at least call... nothing. I finally called them. I got a kind, “sorry”. So, one star for kindness.

I feel like I ordered a nice plate of pasta but got the kraft macaroni and cheese instead. Still good, not really good.
Got a deal on Angie's list to clean AC vents but decided to trade for a room and a half of carpet cleaning and dryer vent. Lance was an accommodating guy and he took the trade. They showed up on time.
The worker was a nice guy but worked waaaay to fast for my liking. Seems like carpet cleaning should be done slowly.
Surprise! This morning my newly cleaned carpet from the day before still looked dirty?? I pulled out my own carpet cleaner and sure enough, black water

Used this company yesterday for the first time. Outstanding customer service. I need a rental cleaned the same day, after another company cancelled on me.
